Service Rates & Policies
Organising Rate
My organising services are charged at R250 per hour, ensuring you receive focused, tailored assistance to bring order to your space.
Travel Rate
For locations beyond a 10km radius, AA travel rates will apply to cover travel expenses.
Sourcing Fee
There is a R50 fee per product for the research, sourcing, and shopping of organising items that are perfectly tailored to fit your space and theme. Please note that the cost of the actual products will be at the client’s expense. This service ensures you get the perfect solutions without the hassle of finding them yourself.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure my schedule runs smoothly and to accommodate all clients fairly, I have implemented the following cancellation policy:
• Cancellations made 1 day before the session will incur a R500 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made on the day of the session will incur a R750 cancellation fee.
I do understand that emergencies can happen, and I allow up to two cancellations due to emergencies without any penalty. However, beyond that, I kindly ask for accountability to avoid repeated disruptions, as these cancellations result in a loss of work for the day. This policy is designed to help me provide consistent and fair service to all my clients. I truly appreciate your understanding and support.
